Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Certain products such as personal care items, software, or perishable goods may not be eligible for refunds due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund Process
- To request a refund, contact our customer support team with your order ID and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange for product pickup or drop-off.
- After the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers
- Downloadable digital products
- Products purchased under clearance sales or marked as “Final Sale”
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as:
- Products not returned in original condition
- Missing accessories, manuals, or packaging
- Late return requests beyond the eligible period
Cancellation Before Shipping
- If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you are entitled to a full refund. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the Refund Policy will apply.
